The enquiry form prepares a draft in your own email application. It does not send your details to a website database. You review the message and choose whether to send it. Your email provider handles that message.
Energy documents and data
Do not enter account numbers, meter identifiers, bills or other sensitive energy records in the initial enquiry. Energyplex will discuss what is required, the authority to use it and an appropriate document-transfer method when scoping the work.
There is no live bill upload, meter connection, automated audit or retailer switch on this website.
Browser features
The site does not use advertising or analytics cookies. It uses locally served fonts and assets. Hosting providers may process technical request information needed to serve the website.
