Energyplex’s solar plant capability includes monitoring, operations and maintenance. The right service scope depends on the installation, access, monitoring information and operating requirements.
Ongoing energy management can also consider contract renewals and changes to the business load, where included in a separately agreed engagement.
Maintain
Agree a practical maintenance scope suited to the asset, site conditions and responsibilities.
Review
Compare performance with the agreed baseline and revisit the assumptions when operations change.
Make the service
boundaries clear.
Monitoring access, inspection frequency, reporting, fault response and escalation are defined in the service agreement. Response times and availability are not implied by a general enquiry.
For an existing-system enquiry, have the site location, system size, inverter details and any available fault or monitoring records ready. Do not open electrical equipment to obtain information.
